My, I could barely sleep last night.
I’ve been on a two day fast which I plan on extending to third, and then fourth day – 7 is the max I’ve gone – a water fast, except green tea, nothing at all – something highly advocated by my fitness Guru friend, and man – the effects – you really feel your T levels amp!
Not only have numbers in my regular workouts and sissy workouts SHOT UP since I started this (I often fast) – but my AROUSAL levels too – man!
Lots of people think you get weaker, lose strength etc during a fast, that you shouldn’t over exert yourself- all TOSH my friend. If you’re a healthy person – fasting is the best thing you can do for yourself occasionally – we all stuff too much down our throats, the ancient cavemen went for days without food – the tiger does too – and it doesn’t adversely affect them – it HELPS THEM!
You tax your body when you eat – simple, and letting it recover is a good thing.
It cleans your digestive system out – for you sissies and sissygasm lovers, that can only be a good thing if you get my drift – icky! Hehe.
Anyway, this isn’t a treatise on fasting, but it’s been around for ages, the ancient Greek warriors did it, Plato and great thinkers throughout the ages have highly recommened it, whether you try it it or not is up to YOU – but point being, so last night, I couldn’t sleep.
