In India, a country I referenced in “Mooo – part Two“, they have this most humiliating punishment called “murga banana” – amongst other brutal punishments used on us in school too – which I’ve detailed here before. Some of them make kneeling on rice seem like a piece of cake.
Try standing with hands completely outstretched, knees bent – and staying in that position for time. My. And a whack to the head if you dared shift position!

She was the one that introduced me to the “murga” punishment which she couldn’t quite get me into – it ended up being me kneeling in front of the floor amongst all the other students…
Boy, schools those days! A far cry from the molly coddled mess these days. The teachers would be put in jail if they tried anything like that today. Of course, neither extreme is good – mollycoddling leads to whiny adults, the other way, Uber tough yet in many cases damaged adults.
Anyway….it’s basically you getting in a squatting chicken like position, arms under butt. Will be shown in Sissy workouts!
It’s one I once made a sissy do.
I instructed her to cluck and walk along in that position too like a fat Mother hen, bobbing it’s fat jaw up and down.
