Thats a face covering a lot of traditional Indian women wear. Kinda like the Abaya in the Middle East, sort of part of a garment that covers the entire body (or not)- like the sari. .
Out there in the sub, I sat down in the park to relax, think.

This lovely lower class (so called) Indian woman walked past. Of course my gaze was drawn to Madams feet! Dirty, bare, slippers – anklet – all do attractive!
And by default, she covered her face. Hehe.
She couldn’t have known of course, that all I was doing without trying was look at her feet! Hehe.
So cute …
Actually as I keep saying, she DID know.
Walking back again the same direction the face was uncovered. Hehe.
